I would have no advice.No suggestions toward their little problem. I would not help out because it's their problem. Everyone has a fight, disagreement, and arguments with their friend.
There are two results on how these sorts of situations end up. One way is they negotiate with each other and stay friends. The other way it could end up is they both make grudges on each other, and end up hurting each other physically and mentally.
If I were to attempt a Dr.Phil I would get beaten up by Rowdy.Junior would intervene and cause more complications than needed.
