I think the first amendment is important. Freedom to religion, press, assembly, and freedom to petition the government. The first three rights explain themselves just by looking at them. The freedom to petition the government is where if there's a new law that citizens don't like, they can form a petition to remove it. The right to a lawyer and the right to privacy are both important rights. If someone was being questioned by the government anyone can request a lawyer to assist them. Having a lawyer to assist them will help them explain and filter what the victim is saying. The right to privacy means the governments needs a warrent to search someones personal property. If the government finds something on someones personal property without a warrant they can forward what they found to evidence to court
